THE 2024 FINANCIAL YEAR HAS SEEN ONGOING CHANGES, INCLUDING THE TRANSITION FOLLOWING THE SUBSCRIPTION OF SHARES BY SANLAM LATE IN THE 2023 FINANCIAL YEAR. THIS TRANSITIONING PHASE WILL, HOWEVER, CONTINUE IN 2025 WITH THE GROUP INVESTING MORE INTO ITS CAPABILITY TO SERVICE A SANLAM ENDORSED OPEN SCHEME AND IMPROVED CLINICAL CLAIMS MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES.
