manner in which business objectives are achieved.
AfroCentric’s long-term sustainability depends on strong stakeholder relationships, which are maintained through transparent and
effective communication. We engage with key stakeholders in a responsive, constructive and collaborative manner to achieve
mutual value.
The AfroCentric Board and executive management are responsible for sustainably managing the Group to create value for
shareholders and stakeholders in the long term. This sustainable shareholder value depends on the value the Group identifies and
creates for all the other stakeholder groups that may materially influence the Group’s ability to create value.
